Everywhere you go there's always adults conspicuously watching your every move, even though they try to conceal it from your view. An adult's main job on this earth is to watch over ones younger than them..which includes us teens. Yeah, we may be able to care for ourselves, me being 17 and already living in a house of my own, but they still make an effort to help out. Like, we're not retarted or anything..we're not that dumb, people! And honestly, it's all getting on my every last nerve. I mean, can't teens just once in a while get away and have fun with their friends? And have no adults watching them from a camera in their crib?!
Oh. Sorry; I forgot to tell ya my name. The name's Jacob. Just call me J. I hate the world I'm living in..every day it's the same damn cycle..you get up, get ready for high school, go to high school, and drive around the city with nothing outrageous to do since you're grounded and can't text your girl because you're mom confiscated your phone. Like, seriously...what kind of shit is that, man?!
Okay. So back to the real thing. A friend of mine, Heather, and I have been working on this secret project for a while now. It's called something like XXX05 or somethin', but I call it the Adult Extinction Ray. Heather's a real geek at times, but I love her, y'know? So last month, we tested the thing out. It only works on one person per blast, so we took our gullible science teacher and blasted him! And y'know what? He disenegrated outta thin air! It was like..totally awesome!
So, uh, a few days ago we were working on the Ray and Heather was finishing the final glitches. It now's gonna work on a wide range..like the whole fuckin' city of St. Louis, I think. We'll be livin' in the first state that has no damn adults anywhere!! And yeah..yesterday I asked Heather to give it a go..y'know the real thing, right? And it worked! It freakin' worked, man! Now there's no adults anywhere...it's unreal..I'm still tryin' to sink in right now, honestly. But I'm so glad Heather actually created a gadget that really worked! Everything in the past she made failed...

Here in the state of St. Louis, Missouri, things will never be the same as the second before. Every moment something amazing happens..whether it's a club shootout, a robbery, or any other crime by mischevious teens; a 16 year old girl having her first child with her loyal boyfriend; a great day at at the lake or more, something is always happening in the urban streets of St. Louis.
Ever since the adults were taken to unknown dimensions by Heather's XXX05, everyone in the city has be hanging out with whoever they wish. They go where they want, do what they want, and do everything imaginable. Here in St. Louis, the teens rule their turf. If there's a leader on one street that doesn't want you there, they'll easily tell you to get out. And if you don't do as they say? Bad things are sure to come! However, things aren't always bad. There are many good things, such as love. Couples hang out all the time..and they even go all the way. Yeah, that's correct. Sex..lingerie...candle-lit rooms..everything. And it all only happens here. The Teen Hotspot. The first state with no adults. An adult free state..it may seem unreal, but it's nothing but real. So there's one question for you to answer: Are you in? Or are you out? It's your choice.
